Sushi Park is HEAVEN ON EARTH!  It’s by far the best sushi in Los Angeles, it’s located in a tiny strip mall off of Sunset and there's a sign out front that says “No trendy sushi!”  It’s really for the true sushi lover.  But be warned — the prices are high!

One of my favorite things to make is my Spaghetti Arrabiata Turkey Bolognese.

THE RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED
1 lb.Fresh Spaghetti
Olive oil
4 Fresh Red Chillies (or you can use red pepper flakes)
1 lb ground Turkey
Salt + Pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of fresh plum tomatoes
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

WHAT YOU DO
Season the turkey with a generous amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook over medium heat in a frying pan. I use grapeseed oil spray, but olive oil works too. You can add spices to the meat while cooking, Local Spicery has so many wonderful spices.

While the turkey is cooking, peel the chills and place in another frying pan, on low heat with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 8 minutes.

When the turkey meat starts to brown turn off the heat. Then add your garlic and tomatoes to the pan with the chilliesbring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and add the turkey to the pan.

Cook your pasta, whatever you’ve chosen and then add it all together and voila!  You have a spicy, yummy dish that really only takes 10 minutes.
