I’m obsessed with a new modern Middle Eastern restaurant in New York called Nur (34 East 20th St, NYC, +1 212 505 3420). The Chef is well known in Tel Aviv, and If you haven’t been, it’s a must. Getting a reservation isn’t easy, but if you get there early you can usually be seated at the bar without a long wait.

My favorite food show right now is Chef's Table on Netflix. I love the episode about Alex Atala, a Brazilian chef doing some amazing things with fresh ingredients from the Amazon.
