I truly think Bari is the best workout on Earth, and not just because it’s mine! It’s fun, doesn’t take itself too seriously, but has results like you wouldn’t believe. It's also created the best community I’ve ever been a part of.

As far as healthy eating goes, I’m a big fan of turmeric lattes right now. Here’s my recipe, and I happen to think it's the best one I've ever tasted!
GINGER TURMERIC LATTE
1 tsp chopped fresh turmeric
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup almond milk
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
