Ooh … another fave topic of mine!
I heavily mess with the wellness and beauty space, and pride myself on being a human guinea pig for all things within it.
I am booty band OBSESSED. Back in the day, I was a strength coach training over 40 sessions a week. My clients used to travel like crazy, and that’s how I got into resistance bands. I created a workout around the bands so both myself and my clients would have an easy go-to workout while we traveled. I hated all the bands on the market as they kept on breaking on a weekly basis so I decided to create my own.
As far as what workouts I do, I used to be obsessed with HIIT and high intensity workouts, but after having spinal surgery last year, I was forced to cut out all high impact and explosive movements. I now stick to my bands and weight training in the gym, do the Stairmaster 4x a week for 45 min, New York Pilates (multiple locations) 3x a week and throw in the occasional hot yoga at Vera Yoga (406 Broadway 3rd Level, NYC; +1 917 470 9599).
I love all things activewear, and am obsessed with brands that make female form-friendly fashionable activewear Like, hello, I have curves, I have a butt and they should be treated like assets. Nothing is more annoying than trying to work out in leggings that bunch or move while you do. My fave brands include Adam Selman Sport, Beach Riot and PE Nation.

OK, on to Beauty!
I love all things makeup, skincare, and facials. No matter how tired I am, I ALWAYS make sure I take my makeup off before bed.
I’m completely addicted to Lauren Hackney’s Model Glow Facial at New York Dermatology Group (119 Fifth Avenue, 4th floor, NYC; +1 212 533 8888). It’s a combo of microdermabrasion, endymed skin tightening, Colbert MD face mask with LED lights and cryotherapy. Then, of course, I couldn’t live without SB Skin’s Microcurrent Facial (37 West 19th Street, NYC; +1 917 243 1389) and will forever be obsessed as she lifts and tones my facial muscles.
My fave makeup products would have to be from Wander Beauty. No joke every single item of theirs that I use, I fall in love with. And bonys They’re also travel-friendly, which for me is major. The entire collection is free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, and mineral oil. They’re cruelty-free and vegan and go on like a dream. I love looking made up and wearing full coverage makeup that will last me the entire day, and this seems to do the trick without looking overdone and it has a super dewy finish. Their Nude Illusion Liquid Foundation and the Trip for Two Blush and Bronzer Duo are my absolute faves. My skin tends to be more on the dry side of the scale and my skincare routine is relatively simple. I use a good cleanser, followed by Peter Thomas Roth Peptide 21 Amino Acid Peel Pads as I LOVE all things acid. I leave that on for 3 minutes while I brush my teeth, then rinse off, then I use Nurse Jaimie Uplift Massage Beauty Roller to drain any fluid out of my face, followed by a prescribed anti-inflammatory cream to stop any breakouts, then a serum — this might be either Skinceuticals Hyaluronic Intensifier to hydrate or Skinceuticals Discoloration Defense, then moisturize!
