I’m a big runner. I like to get up around 6am and get my workout done. My runs usually take place on the East River in Manhattan. There is nothing like watching the sunrise as you run. When I am not running I really enjoy a SoulCycle class at the Nomad or Noho location. I usually wear Nike when I run, Alala pants and Tory Sport to spin class and Adidas Ultraboost in the gym.

My medicine cabinet is full of non-toxic beauty products. I can’t live without my Naturopathica Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm and Herbivore Botanicals Rose Face Mist. I moisturize every night with Vitamin E oil and use Weleda Skin Food under my eyes and on my chin.

My makeup routine is very minimal. I believe a clean, moisturized face is the best one. Grooming my eyebrows is a must and I love Laura Mercier’s eyebrow pencil. I won’t leave home without Chapstick or lip gloss.

When it comes to my key beauty advice, I would say: clean your skin daily, morning and night. For me, staying hydrated really helps my skin glow. I also avoid processed foods and refined sugars as I have a strict plant-based diet. This really helps me sleep better, keep my skin clear and my mind sharp. For my hair I use a non-toxic shampoo and conditioner. Another hair tip is that I like to coat the ends of my hair with Context Oil before throwing it in a tight sleek bun.
