Kelly LeVeque (@bewellbykelly) is an amazing nutritionist (to the stars) who helps me stay on track when I have to do a lot of menu testing or recipe development.

This is LA-only, but Elissa Goodman makes a very gentle week-long soup and salad cleanse to reset.

Resistance Bands. I have found that working with resistance bands versus free weights helps me stay toned without building muscle.

Allegro 2 Reformer. We have one of these at our house. It’s beautiful and allows for a great pilates workout with a smaller footprint.

Trigger Point Performance Therapy Rollers and Balls. These are great for preventing injury and for myofascial release. I am interested in being active for a long time, so rolling and stretching is key.

Balega Running Socks are so soft, and Asics Running Shoes offer the best support!

I love Sweaty Betty workout gear – particularly their leggings.

I avoid chemical sunscreens, so love Beauty Counter Mineral Sunscreen.

Augustinus Bader, the Rich Cream is a recommendation from a product savvy friend.

La Mer Face and Body Gradual Tan. I love a little color and this gives a good gradual glow. You just stop applying when you’ve had enough.

Elta MD Tinted Sunscreen is a wonderful sunscreen with just that little bit of coverage.

Cle de Peau Concealer

Jade Roller to help with puffiness

Chantecaille Full Brow Perfecting Gel and Tint. Strong brows are a must.

Jillian Dempsey Lid Tint in Bronze. This is part of my 5-minute makeup routine – it just adds a little dimension to your lids which makes all the difference.

NARS Torrid Powder Blush is the perfect rosy shade.

RMS Living luminizer Highlighter Cream. I finally learned how to apply highlighter and it’s a game changer.

Beauty Counter Sheer Lipstick in Rose. I’ve been trying to make the switch to non-toxic lip gloss and lipstick, and this is the one that finally convinced me.

Native Natural Deodorant, Coconut and Vanilla scent. It smells divine and keeps me feeling fresh. I used to be a Secret girl, but now I’m a natural deodorant convert.

I drink CALM Magnesium before bed, and use a Slip Silk Eye Mask and H. Gillerman Essential Oils.

I find that the less I do to my skin, the better. I wash with Cetaphil which is a very mild cleanser and then use Elta PM Therapy mixed with a drop of Christie Kidd’s Renewal, which has a mild retinol.

My hair is naturally wavy and I do a lot of blowouts, so I’m always trying to nurse it back to health. I take Nutrafol and regularly use Olaplex and Philip Kingsley Elasticizer pre-shampoo treatment.
