Resistance Bands. I have found that working with resistance bands versus free weights helps me stay toned without building muscle.
Allegro 2 Reformer. We have one of these at our house. It’s beautiful and allows for a great pilates workout with a smaller footprint.
Trigger Point Performance Therapy Rollers and Balls. These are great for preventing injury and for myofascial release. I am interested in being active for a long time, so rolling and stretching is key.

Jillian Dempsey Lid Tint in Bronze. This is part of my 5-minute makeup routine – it just adds a little dimension to your lids which makes all the difference.

TRICKS + TIPS
I find that the less I do to my skin, the better. I wash with Cetaphil which is a very mild cleanser and then use Elta PM Therapy mixed with a drop of Christie Kidd’s Renewal, which has a mild retinol.
