As the mother of two young boys, inevitably I instinctively feel most drawn to children’s charities and I have been producing annual limited edition collections designed to benefit a select charity since 2008, with a collaboration with WaterAid, and in 2009, with Global Action for Children. 2010's collaboration was with (RED) with profits going to The Global Fund to help fight AIDS in Africa. In 2016 I launched collaboration with Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), reinventing one of my signature Lucky bracelets with 100% of profits being donated to support the children and their families, as well as creating a special edition “twister” bracelet to benefit the NSPCC.

MEET | CAROLINA BUCCI
Featured 4.10 - 4.16.17 | Italian-born, London-based jewelry designer Carolina Bucci loves cheesy daytime soaps and is allergic to bees, yet uses one for her logo. Both of these things might seem unlikely until you realize that it's this sensibility — refined with a twist — that also informs her line of jewelry. Bucci is a fourth generation designer, following in the footsteps of the men in her family (her great grandfather started in 1885, and beauty is in her blood. Her pieces are modern reinventions of old school luxe (including a gold and silk version of the friendship bracelet), and she brings a lightness and femininity to a once more masculine field. Her style and vibe are flawless and I think her selects are the perfect representation of a woman who knows how to live.
Welcome to Carolina's week.
