I can’t start the day without a good sweat — it’s really important for me to get that workout in when I wake up. You can usually find me at Hot 8 Yoga, F45 Training or Barry’s Bootcamp. There is something about sweating out the toxins that just helps me feel my best, physically and mentally. I really try to work out 5 to 6 days a week — wake up, workout, coffee. That’s my ideal morning.

My skincare routine is super important for me, I like a more natural beauty look, so I really put time into looking after my skin. People are often surprised how knowledgeable I am about the subject. I love reading articles online, and just speaking to the staff at my favorite stores like Violet Grey and Kate Sommerville, they are always so informed about what’s new and what’s next. For my facials, I visit Dr. Diamond in Beverly Hills. He has this incredible facial that’s been a game changer for me, it’s his signature Diamond Effect Restore — it’s an incredible skin tightening treatment that feels like a hot stone massage. It stimulates collagen production to smooth and tighten the skin.
I’m a big fan of the Dr Barbara Sturm products, especially the MC1 Cream aka her signature blood cream. My other favorite products of hers include the Hyaluronic Serum, Face Mask and Glow Drops. You can also find me at Kate Sommerville on Melrose Place always picking up their Daily Detox Cleanser and ExfoliKate Gentle Exfoliating Treatment. As for makeup products, I love Charlotte Tilbury, especially their Pillow Talk lipstick paired with MakeUp Forever lip liner in 1C.
My real beauty hack is sleep and a lot of it. We really underestimate the power of a good solid night’s sleep. And sadly, limiting alcohol intake.
