I’m a pilates and barre girl down the the bone. Before I had my daughter, Sunday, I also did a lot of SoulCycle (Multiple Locations), but since Sunday was born, I’ve had a lot of infertility struggles while working on baby #2 and I cut out all super intense workouts. I work out five days a week – Monday through Friday — and leave the weekends for maximum family time.

With the rise of athleisure came a fresh sense of fashion in this cult-esque workout space. Feeling fly in a workout look is a must for me — sort of the same sentiment as “dress for the job you want to have one day,” right? Dress for the baddass fitness chick you KNOW you already are! My favorite brands are Terez (best prints), Beyond (softest leggings E-V-E-R), Sweaty Betty (they make matching Mommy + Me workout gear, so … yes, thank you), and Outdoor Voices (I always feel like a champion in a matching set).

As far as eating, I’m no Saint. I’ve never followed a trendy diet, counted calories or carbs, or really watched what I consume. I’ve always had a great metabolism and it’s been my greatest gift and curse. I wish I treated my body a bit more like a temple than a truck stop, but until I’m pushed over the edge to make some changes, you can always count on me for pasta, bagels and sandwiches all day long.

Skincare and beauty is important to me since I’m a fashion and lifestyle blogger. I’m fortunate enough to be able to consistently try the latest and greatest in the beauty world. New face creams, new treatments, masks from around the world — packages arrive at my doorstep and I can’t stop layering my face. (I know, being a blogger is very difficult.) I’m a SkinCeuticals junkie – I’ll use everything from that brand, specifically the CE Ferulic and Hydrating B5 Gel. I’m excited to try a ton of face lasers after this pregnancy.

When it comes to makeup, I love Urban Decay’s Naked2Palette and the Nars Velvet Matte Lipstick.
