We both love our XPT (Extreme Pool Training) pool workout. It's hard work without beating up your body, and it never hurts to be in blue water. Plus, we are under the water so much we can't boss one another around — just friendly waves from mask to mask.
From time to time Laird will take a week and start his morning with a teaspoon of baking soda in 12oz. of water, followed by another 24oz of pure water before he eats or drinks anything. It's guaranteed to get things rolling. I would eat clean and make sure to be hydrated to work with yourself during the cleaning out.
