On a Sunday I’m usually writing, reading, playing one of my guitars, working out or planning my content for the week ahead. There's a farmer’s market that pops up on Melrose Place (8400 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles; +1 818 591 8161) every Sunday which has a lot of great finds. Sometimes I'll go see a movie at the ArcLight (6360 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles; +1 323 615 2550).

I don't follow too many people on social media because I'm just as prone to the time suck as anyone else. I like to keep my list very curated. I do this for my mental health and time budgeting more than anything else! It also keeps me focused on my own work and my own ideas — I don't like to know too much about what other people are doing. But I do love to see posts from my friends @CrosbyTailo , @MeowMeix and LiveVitae because they share delicious recipes that people can use to be healthier. I love my iPhone XS, with my wired EarPods. I used to have AirPods but after losing them twice and growing concerned about the EMFs, I decided to ditch them.
