When it comes to self-care I don't cut corners — the quality of how I take care of myself is extremely important because without self-care, nothing else matters.
My workouts vary. I do everything from self-training programs to boxing and martial arts, dance and calisthenics to snowboarding and pick-up soccer games in the city. Movement is the most important thing we can do for ourselves — no matter what it is. My favorite workouts right now are Rich Barretta Private Training, Brooklyn Zoo and Mendez Boxing Gym.
