Over the past two years or so, I've made workouts and wellness such a priority. Being an entrepreneur and business owner is much like being an athlete. If I fall apart, the business falls apart, so I really need to take good care of myself. I try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I'm a big fan of ClassPass, especially as a frequent traveler, because I can change the location to whatever city I'm in and maintain a fairly consistent routine. When I'm in Williamsburg, I love Pilates at East River (multiple locations), yoga at Y7 (multiple locations) and cycling at FlyWheel (multiple locations). At this point my body just craves exercise. It helps me relieve so much stress and anxiety and also aligns me with myself and my purpose.

In terms of skincare, I just recently got turned onto a new daily routine with ELEMIS. I thank my lucky stars that they are a client because I get so many amazing goodies from them every time I pop into their offices! I swear by their Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm (honestly, if it were edible, I would eat it), and then I use Miracle Water by IT Cosmetics to tone, followed by a few drops of ELEMIS Anti-Wrinkle Marine Oil, and then the Pro-Collagen Marine Day Cream. My skin has virtually transformed itself from where it was a year ago. I can't remember the last time I had a breakout or blemish which is amazing given that NYC can be hard on your skin and so can frequent travel.
