When it comes to fashion I’m a “basic bitch” so to speak. Give me a good pair of jeans, a t-shirt, a leather jacket, my Acne track boots and I'm a happy girl. Favorite jeans at the moment are Frame Denim. Depending on the temperature outside, love a good ATM t-shirt or thermal. They are super soft and wash really well, which is key if you are basically wearing a uniform every single day. The leather jacket topic is a touchy one for me. I had the BEST Valentino black leather jacket with a ruffle on the collar adding the perfect feminine touch, and someone poached it off the back of my chair when I was eating dinner one night. I still cry about it. So I searched high and low and ended up purchasing a black IRO motorcycle jacket. I am happy with my decision. As of 3 years ago, I wear glasses. Getting old is a real treat; except that glasses are a pretty fun accessory to add to the mix. I am currently swapping back and forth between a pair of Celine moss green frames and a clear pink plastic pair from Garrett Leight. Big fan of both!
As for jewelry and accessories, I’m about as sentimental as it gets. There are a lot of brands that I love, but I am so stuck on wearing pieces that are meaningful to me that I haven’t really expanded my horizons very much. So it's no surprise that I created a jewelry line that's about as sentimental as it gets! Currently wearing (and never take off) a pair of heart shaped diamonds studs my mom got me when I was 16, my dad’s yellow gold Panerai watch and one of my many SINCERELY necklaces that I designed for myself using my dad’s handwriting / signature.
I’m also proud to admit that I have done a relatively good job of bringing back my mom’s body suits and belts from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Pair either of these with a killer high wasted pant and call it a day, aka my typical night out look.
Louis Vuitton Never Full: When you have as much stuff as I do, you definitely need a bag called the “Never Full.” I got it 10 years ago and it never disappoints. Not super original, but it does the trick and definitely serves a purpose!
Simone Rochas, Sacai and Thakoon are my favorite go-to brands for the perfect combo of cool, comfy and edgy. Great t-shirts, sweaters and easy throw on dresses that making getting in the morning dressed really easy.
