I do Y7 around three times a week. Yoga is so good for my soul; I always leave feeling lighter and like I can do anything. I also try to mix in a pilates class (New York Pilates) and some sort of cardio (SoulCycle or modelFIT’s dance cardio class)

My favorite leggings to work out in are the Nux Seamless Maya Legging, they are so comfortable and easy to work out in. The best bra ever is the Phat Buddha Bedford Bra. I have it in practically every color.

My skincare routine stays pretty strict. When we opened our first studio on the West Coast and I started traveling a lot ,my skin freaked out. That was when I knew I had to adopt a real routine. My favorite products are Kipris Antioxidant Dew every morning, and La Mer Cool Gel Cream every other night (it’s very, very rich). I also use Mario Badescu Drying Lotion for spot treatment on pimples. I wash my face with Cetaphil day and night and use Elta MD SPF moisturizer in the morning as well.

Since I've been blond, my hair has been getting really dry, so one of my new favorite products is hair oil. I love this one by Bumble and Bumble.

As far as makeup goes I am pretty easy! When you work in fitness, there’s always a chance you will be sweating so I keep it pretty simple. I absolutely love RMS. I use Living Luminizer on my cheekbones and under my eyebrows for a little glow, and their Lip2cheek stain in Demure for a little color. I use Glossier Boy Brow in dark brown, Maybelline Great Lash and I’m out the door.

Keeping everything relatively simple works best for me. I found that when I was using too many products and switching things up all the time, my skin didn’t react well. One thing I always do is take my makeup off before bed no matter what. It’s so important to go to sleep with a clean face.
