Travel is not only one of my biggest passions in life, but it has become a big part of my job. Honestly, sometimes I need to pinch myself! That being said, I definitely have learned a thing or two when it comes to traveling over these past few years.

My favorite place in the whole world is definitely Japan. It is my happy place and I can’t describe the feeling I get when I think about it, let alone the elation I feel when I’m there exploring! Bali is also another place that is super close to my heart, I’ve been there three times, and over extensive periods of time having taken a yoga teacher training there and I also taught a yoga retreat in Bali, so I know it very well and I so resonate with Ubud, which I call the “womb of mother earth."

My top three favorite hotels in the world have to be the Park Hyatt Tokyo (Japan, 〒163-1055, Tokyo, Nishishinjuku, 3-7-1-2, +81 3-5322-1234), The Four Seasons Chiang Mai (Mae Rim-Samoeng Old Road, Chiang Mai, 50180, Thailand, +66 53 298 181) and Song Saa Private Island (Koh Ouen Private Island, Koh Rong Archipelago, Near Siganoukville, Cambodia, +855 23 886 750).

When I travel, I always have my glowy arsenal of goodies with the on the plane: Jao Hand SanitizerDoTerra Essential Oils, Kor Wellness Shots and lots of snacks like Perfect Bars and Golden Berries.

I almost always pack carry-on — it’s truly a game changer. To save space, I usually roll pack, which also keeps my clothes less wrinkled. Away and Rimowa are my favorite luggage to travel with.
