Gentle yoga + meditation are core aspects to my wellness routine. I focus on movement that really nourishes me from the inside out. Nothing makes me feel more grounded and centered within myself and body.
My favorite workout is walking. I take daily walks in my neighborhood and it’s really my favorite way to get movement in. My morning walks are truly my favorite part of the day, because I get to spend time with my fiancé and my pup Soba. If I get to another workout class, it’s usually because I signed up the night before and it’s not refundable LOL, so it keeps me accountable!
My favorite workout clothing really depends on the type of workout I’m doing. For walks, hikes and yoga, I love Outdoor Voices. I probably have 10 pairs of their pants in various colors as well as their tops. For more intense workouts like spin, Lululemon's plain black seamless are my favorite, and Nike sports bras too.
In terms of my skincare routine, it’s pretty much all organic, nontoxic and clean. I’m obsessed with True Botanicals, Herbivore, Vintner’s Daughter and One Love Organics. I test out a bunch of products because of my job, and these are truly my favorite. As for makeup, my favorite non-toxic brands are W3ll People, Kosås and Vapour. They’re truly the best out there.
In addition to Vintner's Daughter and Kosås blush, my desert island beauty staple would be Nucifera Balm. Can't live without it.
One of my top beauty hacks has nothing to do with products, and everything to do with healing from the inside out: Bone Broth, Bone Broth, Bone Broth.
