Featured 12.5-12.11 | When Victoire Loup was a kid, she wasn't interested in food. Nope. She wanted to be a secret agent. Or a stay-at-home mom. Both admirable professions of course, but neither as tasty as what she is lucky enough to do now, which is travel the world, landing most often in France (her place of birth) and LA (her place of residence), eating and photographing and writing about great food along the way. And when she isn’t doing that, she’s helping chefs get their social media acts together. Her Instagram account is drool-worthy and her new website, has me writing this from a plane en route to LA to eat at least half of what she recommends. I suggest you do the same.
